Key features
Polarized
Glare doesn't just come from the sky. It bounces off cart paths, water and wet grass straight into your eyes. A polarized filter cuts that reflected light before it reaches you — less squinting, less eye strain, and more contrast on the ground you're trying to read.
UV400 protection
UV400 means the lens blocks ultraviolet light all the way up to 400 nanometers — the full UVA and UVB range that reaches the ground. A round is four hours in open sun. The lens is filtering the whole time, whether the tint is light or dark.
Build quality
At 19.7 grams, the polycarbonate frame is light enough that you stop noticing it a couple of holes in. It flexes rather than snaps, which matters when they end up loose in a golf bag or on the cart seat.
Without
With RevettDrag to compare. Same scene, same pair, two points in the same afternoon.
Photochromic technology
How does it work
The lenses are made from a photochromic material that automatically adjusts to the level of light it is exposed to. The lens gets darker in bright sunlight and lighter in lower light conditions, providing the optimal level of visibility and protection at all times.
Questions
Before you buy
Will the Executive fit me?
The frame is built around medium to larger faces, spring hinges and bendable arms extend that range in both directions. If the fit isn't right, returns are free for 30 days.
Most askedAre these polarized, and will they affect my depth perception?
Yes, they are polarized. And no, they should not interfere with depth perception the way many other polarized lenses do.
Standard polarization is tuned to kill glare and nothing else, which is why golfers and racquet players often complain that greens read oddly or a fast ball is harder to judge. Our polarization is tuned for people who need to judge distance while they are moving, so you get the glare reduction without the trade-off that puts a lot of players off polarized lenses entirely.
If you are unsure, the easiest way to know is to try them yourself. If they are not right for you, returns are free.
How fast do the lenses adjust?
The tint starts shifting within seconds of the light changing and settles over the next minute or two. Darkening in bright sun happens faster than clearing back out in shade.
How do the lenses behave while driving?
Photochromic lenses react to UV, and most windshields block a large share of it, so expect the lens to stay on the lighter end of its range behind glass. The polarized layer still cuts reflected glare off the road and hood.
How is the Executive different from our other frames?
Same adaptive lens technology, different frame. The Executive is the classic aviator shape — the pair you keep on after the round rather than swapping out of.
